About me

I am a certified Executive Coach and facilitator with a strong commitment to fostering professional and personal growth. With nearly 20 years of experience as an Economic Consultant, I have worked across a wide range of industries, including local and central government, retail, financial services, and property. After a brief career break, I chose to follow my true passion—understanding human behavior—and embarked on a journey to help individuals who feel "stuck," those seeking clarity on the direction of their professional and personal lives, and those needing guidance in creating actionable plans for success.

Over the years, I have supported clients through one-on-one coaching and group facilitation, helping them move forward with purpose. My coaching style is empathetic yet pragmatic, focused, and challenging. Drawing from psychology, neuroscience, and business expertise, I empower clients to increase their self-awareness, overcome internal barriers, and take consistent, meaningful steps toward their goals. Watching them progress and being part of their journey is a privilege.

I hold an MSc (with distinction) in Coaching and Behavioural Change from Henley Business School and am an accredited Senior Practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. Additionally, I am certified in Belbin Team Roles, reflecting my passion for helping teams collaborate more effectively. Currently, I am pursuing an Advanced Diploma in Systemic Transformation of Organisations to further enhance my work with teams. Outside of coaching and studies, I enjoy jogging and walking my Cockapoo.
