I also facilitate Belbin Team Roles sessions, helping teams understand and optimise their strengths for better collaboration. Additionally, I run strategic planning workshops for executive boards, drawing on insights from coaching and 15 years of consultancy experience to help organisations define a clear vision for their future direction.
